Terms and Conditions — Alon DT Betting Platform

01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Alon DT. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you") and Alon DT ("we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Alon DT website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, crash games, casino games, and any promotional offers.

By registering an account on Alon DT, depositing funds, placing a bet, or simply accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Alon DT.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Alon DT. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

02Eligibility & Age Verification

Alon DT is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Alon DT will not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply:

• You must be a natural person (individual) — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by Alon DT or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended Alon DT account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Age Verification Process

Alon DT may request age and identity verification documents at any time — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance check. You must provide clear, legible copies of any requested documents promptly. If you fail to provide adequate documentation, Alon DT reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03Account Registration & Security

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on Alon DT. Duplicate accounts — whether registered in your own name or under different details — are strictly prohibited. If Alon DT identifies that you hold more than one account, all accounts beyond the first may be closed and any balances forfeited, regardless of how the duplicates arose.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your details change — particularly your contact information or payment details — update them in your account settings as soon as possible.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Alon DT login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Alon DT will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel — if anyone claiming to represent Alon DT asks for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Alon DT immediately. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account, but we cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use where you have not notified us promptly.

Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if it has not been logged into for a continuous period of 12 months. Alon DT reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied, giving you the opportunity to log in and avoid the charge.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on Alon DT are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Deposits are typically credited to your Alon DT account within a few minutes of confirmation.
• Alon DT does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible.
• Alon DT processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual receipt depends on your payment provider (Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically under 5 minutes).
• Alon DT charges no fees on withdrawals. Processing fees charged by your payment provider are beyond our control.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity/age verification if your account has not been fully verified.

Currency & Conversion

All bets are placed and settled in PKR. Alon DT does not apply currency conversion charges. The amount you see on screen is the amount you pay and the amount you receive — no hidden exchange rate margins.

05Betting Rules & Settlement

Alon DT reserves the right to set and revise betting limits at any time — including maximum bet amounts, minimum bet amounts, and maximum payout amounts per event or per day. These limits may vary by sport, game, market, or individual user account.

Bet Placement

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by Alon DT's system. A confirmation screen and/or bet reference number will be displayed upon successful placement. If you do not receive confirmation, your bet may not have been placed — check your bet history before assuming it was accepted.

Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the user. Alon DT may, at its sole discretion, void a bet that was accepted due to a manifest error (such as an obviously incorrect price) — in such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.

Odds & Pricing

Odds may change at any time before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet — subsequent changes to the odds do not affect bets already placed and accepted. Alon DT displays odds in decimal format throughout the platform.

Void & Abandoned Events

If a sporting event or match is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without being completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. The 48-hour rule may be modified for specific competitions at Alon DT's discretion — relevant exceptions are noted in the sport-specific rules available on the platform.

Crash Games & Casino Settlements

Crash game outcomes and casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or provably-fair cryptographic algorithms. Once a round has concluded, the result is final. Alon DT does not accept disputes about crash or casino game outcomes that are within the normal statistical operation of the game's RNG.

Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered. Contact our support team with your bet reference number and a clear description of the issue.

06Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets

From time to time, Alon DT offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to users. Each promotion has its own specific terms — these will be published alongside the promotion and form part of your agreement when you opt in or otherwise claim the offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in its individual terms.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonus funds and free bets cannot be used to place bets that would allow the user to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (i.e., "arbitrage" or "bonus abuse" strategies).
• Alon DT reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where the promotion has been misrepresented.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Alon DT. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration, during verification, or in any communication with Alon DT.
• Money laundering: Using Alon DT to deposit, transfer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions in ways that deviate from their intended purpose, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate the outcome of any game or market to derive an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome using bonus funds or promotional offers in ways explicitly prohibited by the relevant promotion's terms.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets without the genuine involvement of a human user.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first exhausting Alon DT's dispute resolution process.
• Unlawful use: Accessing Alon DT from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited under local law.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Alon DT reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached by the user.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to Alon DT or other users.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you may not be able to place bets or access your funds during that period. Alon DT will notify you of the reason for suspension where we are legally permitted to do so.

Self-Requested Closure

You may request closure of your Alon DT account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal rules. Once an account is closed, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to exclude yourself from Alon DT for responsible gaming reasons, you can do so through the tools available in your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and Alon DT will take reasonable steps to enforce the exclusion. Full details are in our Responsible Gaming policy.

09Responsible Gaming

Alon DT is genuinely committed to responsible gaming — not just as a compliance checkbox, but because we believe it's the right way to operate. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we want it to stay that way for every user of our platform.

Tools available to every Alon DT account holder include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, time-out periods (from 24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible in your account settings and take effect immediately.

10Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by Alon DT is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary: Alon DT collects only the data necessary to operate the platform, process your bets and payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored securely and protected with TLS 1.3 encryption. You have rights to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete the data we hold about you — see the Privacy Policy for details on how to exercise these rights.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Alon DT platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, odds data, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of Alon DT or its licensed content partners. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Alon DT content without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to any Alon DT intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alon DT excludes all liability for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Alon DT platform.
• Errors, interruptions, or delays in the platform's operation due to technical issues, third-party failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
• Any loss that was not foreseeable at the time you entered into this agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits Alon DT's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Betting involves financial risk and you should only ever bet with money you can afford to lose. Alon DT is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of betting or gaming on the platform.

13Amendments to These Terms

Alon DT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, unless we are required to implement changes more quickly due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Continued use of Alon DT after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

The date at the top of this page ("Last updated") shows when these Terms were most recently revised. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
