Data Collected Automatically

Payment Processors
To process your deposits and withdrawals, Alon DT shares necessary payment data with Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank (for IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard payment networks. These providers receive only the data required to complete the specific transaction.
Identity Verification Providers
For age and identity verification, Alon DT may use third-party verification services that process your CNIC or passport data against official records. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for verification and not for any other purpose.
Fraud Prevention and Security Services
Alon DT uses third-party fraud detection services that may process your IP address, device fingerprint, and behavioural data to generate risk assessments. This processing is in Alon DT's legitimate interests and in yours — it protects your account from being accessed fraudulently.
Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
Alon DT may be required to disclose your data to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or courts where we receive a valid legal request. Where permitted, we will notify you of any such request before disclosing your data.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Alon DT's assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy as a result of such a transaction.

- Betting and transaction records: Retained for 5 years after the date of the transaction, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
- Identity verification documents: Retained for the period required by applicable law — typically 5 years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later.
- Support correspondence: Retained for 3 years from the date of the most recent message, to allow us to reference previous interactions if a dispute arises.
- Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or close your account.
- Cookie and analytics data: Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form. Identifiable cookie data is cleared after your session or after a maximum of 12 months, depending on cookie type.
When data is no longer needed, Alon DT securely deletes or anonymises it so that it can no longer be associated with you.
08How Alon DT Protects Your Data

09Your Privacy Rights as an Alon DT User

Alon DT will respond to all privacy rights requests within 30 days. If a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 60 days — we will inform you if this is the case. We will never charge you for exercising your privacy rights.
10Children's Privacy
Alon DT is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has registered on Alon DT, please contact us immediately at support@alondt.com. We will investigate promptly and, if confirmed, close the account and delete all associated data without delay.
Age verification is a mandatory step in the Alon DT registration and ongoing compliance process — we request CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification from all users before permitting deposits or bets.
11Changes to This Privacy Policy
Alon DT may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or platform functionality. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always shows when this Policy was most recently revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If you continue to use Alon DT after a revised Policy takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
Alon DT will always give you advance notice before any material change to this Privacy Policy takes effect. You won't wake up to surprise changes — we respect your right to know what's changing before it happens.
