No. Alon DT allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being permanently closed, with balances forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact support@alondt.com — don't register a new one.

Email verification happens automatically during registration — just click the link Alon DT sends to your inbox. Full identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal or when a compliance check is triggered. You'll be asked to upload a copy of your CNIC. Documents are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Get this done early so your first withdrawal isn't delayed.

Go to the Login page, click "Forgot password?", enter your registered email address, and Alon DT will send a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. If you've also lost access to your registered email, contact support@alondt.com with your username and registered phone number and we'll verify your identity manually.

Log in to your Alon DT account, go to Settings → Security, and follow the steps to enable 2FA. Account locks happen automatically after several consecutive failed login attempts. This typically resolves after 15–30 minutes on its own. If the lock is due to a different reason — verification, suspicious activity, or a compliance issue — you'll have received an email from Alon DT explaining the situation. If you want to close your Alon DT account for any reason, contact support@alondt.com and request account closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Yes, and we strongly recommend it. In your Alon DT account settings under Responsible Gaming, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are processed until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Alon DT operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your account balance, all displayed odds, stake amounts, and winnings are all denominated in PKR. Available markets include: match winner, toss winner, top batsman/bowler, total runs in an over, runs at fall of next wicket, method of next dismissal, total team runs, and various live in-play markets updated ball by ball. The range of markets varies by match — major matches typically have 30+ markets available.

Once a match starts, you can place bets on live in-play markets in real time. Odds update continuously based on what's happening in the game. To place a live bet, select the market and odds you want, enter your stake in PKR, and confirm. Note that there can be a brief delay between an event in the match and the odds updating — this is normal and is a feature of all live betting platforms. Markets are briefly suspended around wickets and boundaries in cricket to allow odds to recalibrate.

The minimum stake on Alon DT is Rs 50 per bet. The maximum stake varies by market and event — high-profile matches like Pakistan vs India internationals or PSL finals typically have higher stake limits. Most sports bets on Alon DT are settled within 30 minutes of the relevant event concluding. Winnings are credited directly to your Alon DT account balance. Live in-play markets are usually settled immediately after the specific event (e.g., an over total market settles as soon as the over is completed). If a cricket match is abandoned before enough overs are bowled for an official result (as determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method or the governing body's regulations), all pre-match bets on that match are voided and stakes are returned in full to your Alon DT account. Alon DT displays odds in decimal format by default (e.g. 2.50, 1.80). To calculate your potential return: stake × odds = total return (including your original stake). For example, Rs 1,000 at odds of 2.50 returns Rs 2,500 total (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 stake back). You can switch between decimal, fractional, and American odds formats in your account settings. Cash-out is available on selected markets on Alon DT, displayed in your open bets section during the relevant event. When cash-out is available, you'll see the current cash-out value next to your bet — this value fluctuates with live odds. Not all markets or events offer cash-out. The cash-out option is not available after a market is suspended or after the event concludes.

Aviator is a crash-style game. Once a round starts, a multiplier begins rising from 1.00x. The multiplier can reach anywhere from just above 1x to very high numbers. The catch: it can crash at any point. Your goal is to cash out before it crashes. Place your bet before the round starts (you can place two bets per round), watch the multiplier climb, and hit cash out when you're satisfied with the return. Yes. Aviator on Alon DT uses a provably fair mechanism — each round's crash point is determined by a cryptographic algorithm before the round starts, and you can verify the outcome independently after each round using the seed values displayed in the game. This means neither the player nor Alon DT can manipulate the result after a round begins. The house edge is built into the RTP (return to player) percentage, not by manipulating individual rounds.

Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game — straightforward and fast. A single card is placed face-up as the "joker." Self-exclusion periods of 6 months or longer cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. This is intentional — the exclusion is designed to hold firm. When a non-permanent exclusion expires, Alon DT will not automatically reinstate your account; you must actively request reactivation with an additional cooling-off period. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Alon DT uses TLS 1.3 encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Account passwords are stored using one-way hashing — even Alon DT staff cannot see your password. Financial transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment channels. Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
