How to Log In to Alon DT

The Alon DT login process is deliberately simple — you should be in your account and looking at live odds within seconds. Here's what to expect:

  • Enter Your Email or Username

    Use the email address you registered with, or your Alon DT username. Both work. If you've forgotten which email you used, check your inbox for a previous Alon DT email — that will be the right one.

  • Type Your Password

    Enter the password you set when you registered on Alon DT. Passwords are case-sensitive. Use the eye icon in the password field to make characters visible if you're struggling to type it correctly on a mobile keyboard.

  • Tick "Keep Me Logged In" (Optional)

    On a personal device, ticking this option means Alon DT won't ask you to log in every single session. Do not use this option on a shared or public device — it means anyone using that device could access your account.

  • Complete Two-Factor Authentication (If Enabled)

    If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) activated on your Alon DT account — which we strongly recommend — you'll be prompted to enter a 6-digit code from your authentication app or SMS. Enter the code and confirm. 2FA codes expire after 30 seconds, so enter promptly.

  • You're In — Start Betting

    Once authenticated, you land on your Alon DT account dashboard. Your current balance is displayed at the top. Navigate to Cricket, Football, Esports, or Crash Games from the main menu and pick your markets.

Enable two-factor authentication. 2FA on your Alon DT account means that even if someone has your exact email and password, they can't log in without the time-sensitive code from your authentication app or SMS. It takes two minutes to set up in Settings → Security. It is the single most effective thing you can do to protect your account beyond a good password.

Be careful with the "Keep me logged in" option. On your personal phone or laptop, keeping yourself logged in to Alon DT is convenient and reasonable. On a shared device — a family computer, a friend's phone, a public internet café — it's a significant risk. If you're not sure whether a device is private, don't tick the box, and log out completely when you're done.

Alon DT will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you receive a message claiming to be from Alon DT asking for your password, login credentials, or payment PIN — it is not from Alon DT. Do not respond. Forward the message to support@alondt.com so we can investigate.

If you notice bets you didn't place, deposits you didn't initiate, or login notifications you don't recognise, contact Alon DT support immediately at support@alondt.com. We will investigate, temporarily suspend the account if necessary, and work with you to restore secure access.

The issues players run into most often with the Alon DT login — and straightforward answers.

Click "Forgot password?" on the Alon DT login page. Enter the email address you registered with and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes. Click the link in the email, set a new password, and you're back in. If you don't receive the email, check your spam or junk folder first — they sometimes end up there. A few things to check. First, confirm you're entering the correct email address — not a variant you sometimes use. Second, confirm the password is correct — try the "show password" eye icon to see what you've typed, as mobile keyboards sometimes add extra characters. Third, if you have 2FA enabled, make sure your device's time is accurate, as the codes are time-dependent. If none of this helps, use the password reset option or contact our support team.

Alon DT temporarily locks accounts after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. This usually resolves automatically after 15 to 30 minutes. If your account has been locked for a different reason — such as a compliance or verification issue — you will have received an email explaining the situation. In either case, contacting Alon DT support at support@alondt.com is the fastest path to resolution. Please don't try to create a second account — that violates the Terms and Conditions.

Log in to your Alon DT account, go to Settings, then Security. You'll find the option to enable two-factor authentication. You can use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar) or receive codes via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number. We recommend using an authenticator app over SMS where possible — it works even without a signal, and it's not vulnerable to SIM-swap attacks.

Yes — tick the "Keep me logged in" checkbox on the Alon DT login page and you won't be prompted to sign in every session on that device. This is convenient and safe on a personal phone that only you use. If you share your phone with family members or regularly let others use it, we'd recommend not using this option, or making sure your phone itself is locked with a PIN, pattern, or biometric when not in use.
